Likely cause: A blocked drain pump filter or a kinked/blocked drain hose is behind the large majority of these calls.
How we fix it — We clear the pump filter and hose, and test the drain pump itself — if the pump has failed, we replace it with a genuine or brand-approved part.

Loud banging or grinding during spin
Likely cause: Worn drum bearings, or an unbalanced load hitting a worn suspension — bearings wear out gradually on machines several years old.
How we fix it — We inspect the drum bearing and suspension, and replace the worn bearing assembly where the drum itself is still sound.

Likely cause: A worn or torn door seal (front-load), a cracked detergent drawer housing, or a failing inlet valve.

Water supply & drainage check
We confirm the hot/cold supply pressure and drainage point are correctly positioned before the machine goes in — the most common cause of early faults is a bad install, not the appliance.
Levelling & anti-vibration setup
The machine is levelled on all four feet and, where needed, anti-vibration pads are fitted to stop it 'walking' during high-speed spin.
Hose & electrical connection
Inlet and drain hoses fitted and checked for kinks, electrical connection tested against the machine's rated load.
Test cycle & final check
We run a full wash-and-spin cycle, checking for leaks, drainage and unusual noise before handover.
