Force Energy Technical Services Co. LLC ("FETSCO", "we", "us") provides home and commercial appliance repair, installation, maintenance and spare-parts supply services across the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you book or use our services, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It's written to align with the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Information we collect

When you book a service, create a client portal account, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name, phone number, email address and service address
  • Details of the appliance(s) you need serviced — type, brand, model, and the fault reported
  • Service and repair history, technician notes, and photos taken during a visit for quality and warranty records
  • Payment and invoicing records for services rendered
  • For business clients, your company name, trade licence and authorised contact details

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: schedule and carry out the service you've booked; keep you updated on your job's status; maintain warranty and service history for future reference; issue invoices and process payments; respond to enquiries and complaints; and meet our own legal, accounting and VAT record-keeping obligations under UAE law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to deliver the service — for example, with the technician assigned to your job, or with a manufacturer/retailer when carrying out authorised warranty work on their behalf. We may disclose information where required by UAE law or a valid legal request.

How we protect it

Your data is held on access-controlled systems, with staff access limited to what each role needs to do its job. Payment handling follows standard industry safeguards. We keep service and financial records for as long as UAE law requires, and no longer than necessary beyond that.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete data we're not legally required to keep. To do any of this, contact us using the details below.

Cookies

Our website uses only the minimum technical data needed to remember your display preference (light/dark mode) on this device. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
